How do I get to the ceremony?

Please visit this page for more detail. We encourage everyone to utilize the Shuttles provided to (and from) the Museum. The primary pick-up spot will be at The Virginian Lodge outside the lobby. Please be there by 5:30pm to ensure the busses can leave at 5:45pm on-time. For Cloudveil guests, please also meet outside the your lobby at 5:30pm for a 5:45pm departure.

What time should I arrive to the ceremony?

If you're not utilizing the shuttles, the Ceremony is scheduled to start by 6:15PM. Museum doors do not open until 6:00PM (this includes access to restrooms). If you're interested in attending the ceremony, we recommend arriving between 6:00-6:10PM. But feel free to go your pace and join us when you can!

Is parking available at the museum?

There is parking available at the museum if absolutely needed, but please ensure you have a designated driver if choosing this option. Museum parking gates close overnight and will not be accessible until the museum opens.

How do I leave the ceremony?

Shuttles will be provided from the Museum to the Virginian Saloon & Cloudveil starting around 9:15PM. Otherwise, Taxis and Ubers should be available at any time if needed.

What should I wear?

Anything that brings you joy! From casual to cocktail to western, all are welcome. Want an excuse to dress up real fancy? DO IT. Want to dress like a cowboy? THIS IS YOUR TIME TO SHINE. Be funky, be comfy, be you.

What will the weather be like?

Typical July weather in Jackson is 75-80F during the day, but can drop to around 45F at night. There is a small chance of thunderstorms, but they usually pass quickly. Bring layers and a rain jacket just in case! We have contingency plans for weather, so keep a lookout for updates.

Can I bring children?

We love your babies! But due to space constraints and museum restrictions, we encourage parents to leave the little ones at home. We understand that may not be realistic for everyone, so we've also partnered with Jackson Hole Nannies as an option for childcare during the wedding. They are experienced with babysitting for weddings in Jackson Hole and have worked with Virginian Lodge in the past. All of the nannies have cleared background checks, CPR certification and infant/child experience. Please click HERE to learn more about the program.
